I grew up in a small mid-western town, that was truly still the wild-wild west. My mother was barely 16 when she had me, a kid having a baby. It forced my to grow up fast, learn to take care of myself and make big decisions at an early age. Many turned out to be very poor ones at that time, which would become invaluable life lessons in my journey.
At 13 years old I was faced with a life changing moment. I could change anything if I changed the way I thought. I would no longer blame others, my tough upbringing, or the environment around me. What I will tell you is that these experiences didn't break me, they became the foundation of who I am, and everything I teach. Once I changed the way I thought, my entire life changed with it.
I've always been a leader. Never followed the status quo, never settled for what most people think is possible. Today, I have the mindset, belief and a proven process for any one to achieve any thing they set their mind to. I found my real calling: helping others break through the mindset that's limiting everything in their lives.
Most coaches hand you frameworks that have been recycled for decades. They'll inspire you in the room and leave you exactly where you started once you walk out. That's not what I do.
What I teach isn't theory. I've lived it in every facet of my life. The core principles I coach shift how you think about everything, and when your mindset changes, your results follow. That's my proven success process.
