I've lived what
I teach.

I grew up living a life most couldn't endure. Those experiences didn't break me — they became the foundation for everything I now coach. Once I changed the way I thought, everything changed: my results, my relationships, my trajectory. I've led teams, coached youth and adult athletes, and built a career in real estate before turning that hard-won perspective into a proven coaching process.

Most coaches recycle old-school theories that inspire but don't move people. I work differently.
